Session Description: Independent schools are not all the same, and human resources challenges and opportunities can vary wildly. What doesn’t vary, however, is that HR professionals are stretched thin and struggling to prioritize strategic work. In this session, we’ll discuss ways to balance strategic HR work with the daily grind of contracts, evaluations, leave administration, and wage and hour classifications, as well as the tactical challenges that pop up around personnel issues and investigations.
